No matter where you are, we provide resolve any problems with your devices in use as soon as possible with our strong and fast technical staff, and we minimize the business interruption. We continue the contact with our customers by recording all operations from the receipt of the device to its delivery to the customer
FACTORY SERVICES
We know that our valuable customers are experts in their respective fields. However, it may not be possible to always demonstrate the same expertise in terms of temperature measurement. If you hesitate with the selection of the sensor to be used in your application, or if you have a chronic problem with your current sensor such as a short lifetime or unreliable measurements, we are ready to visit your factory and offer solutions to you.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT/TRAINING
Containing basic and detailed information about temperature sensors, our training program will be explained to you at meetings that are held in our factory on a date to be determined together for a participation group of fewer than 10 people, or held in your plants on a date to be determined together for a participation group of more than 10 people.
